Imagical is a service provided by Merlinus Software Solutions. The following simple guidelines were designed to ensure the quality and reliability of our service.

Content
Imagical may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any Canadian law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene or material protected by trade secret or other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Merlinus Software Solutions from any claims resulting from the use of the service. All pornographic content and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on Imagical. This includes sites that may infer sexual content or links to adult content elsewhere. Imagical may not be used to deliver undirected bulk email (spamming). Merlinus Software Solutions will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of these provisions.

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service based on any violation of the above stated policy and guidelines.

Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

By clicking on the "I agree" button below, and registering for and using the service, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein as well as all policies and guidelines incorporated by reference. Merlinus Software Solutions reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and any policy or guideline incorporated by reference at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion, and to determine whether and when any such changes apply to both existing and future customers.
